We produce a contract for all our jobs.
Booking process
1) Please send an email with your contact details and a preferred time to visit.
2) We will visit and prepare your quote.
3) Accept, Reject or ask Questions.
4) If you accept quote $300 deposit to confirm dates.
5) We will send you a confirmation/invoice and building contract. This details what we have been asked to do and means anyone else viewing the project can easily see if we have delivered what we said we will. This is important as all jobs should be transparent and easily understood.
6) When we start work you will pay 50% of balance.
7) When work is completed you will pay remaining balance.
8) Leave us a great review if you are happy with our work.
