Bricks

We use new and old bricks depending on what the client desires. In the above photos we have used a variety of old recycled bricks that are between 70 and 110 years old. They are collected from old buildings around the country and brought to us for just this sort of job. They have wonderful history and character that you cannot match with new bricks. They are slightly magical.

Lime stone

Our local limestone quarry has be supplying stone for the past 130yrs. They reckon they will be going for at least another 70 years. You will see limestone used throughout Hawkes Bay. We have been called to make repairs to several walls on Napier Hill that have needed a little attention to bring them back into good order.
