Step 3: Quote Response

Step 4: Acceptance and Deposit

Step 5: Confirmation, Invoice, and Building Contract
After receiving your deposit, we issue a formal invoice and provide a detailed building contract for your review and signature. This contract outlines all agreed terms, including scope of work, payment schedule, and project milestones, ensuring complete transparency and mutual understanding.
Step 6: Work Starts and First Payment
With contracts signed and dates confirmed, our team commences work on your project. At this stage, a payment of 50% of the remaining balance is required as per the agreed schedule. We maintain clear communication throughout, updating you on progress and answering any queries.
Step 7: Completion and Final Payment
On project completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure all work meets your expectations. Once you are satisfied, the remaining balance is due.
